Autism Assistance Dogs
Those with Autism Spectrum Disorder may have trouble adapting to new environments, issues with social communication, and emotional stability. Because ASD is a spectrum disorder, these dogs are custom trained to fit the handlers needs. Tasks may include: tethering, deep pressure therapy, and behavioral redirections.

Hearing Assistance Dogs
These dogs learn to respond to verbal commands and hand signals. They can respond to : knocks on the door, the doorbell, alarms, the phone, fire alarms, car horns, emergency sirens, and someone calling the owner’s name.

Mobility Assistance Dogs
These dogs can be trained for a variety of tasks to assist the adult or child to be more independent. Tasks may include: brace, pulling a wheelchair, retrievals, assist with lights, open and close doors, bark to alert for help, and assist with dressing.

Seizure Assistance Dogs
There are many different types of seizure disorders. Because of this, these types of assistance dogs are trained to respond to seizures. Dogs have amazing noses, however, we cannot guarantee the dogs ability to alert before a seizure occurs. Tasks include: DPT, LPT, barking during time of seizure, going to get help, balance support, and behavioral support.

Psychiatric Assistance Dogs
These dogs are for those that have been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder, such as, PTSD. Tasks include: crowd control, alert and response to specific behaviors, DPT, LPT, block, cover, and going to get help.
